How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send us an email to support[at]frontendland[dot]com. Use the email address used during checkout when contacting us and describe the reason of refund.

Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review it and get back to you with a decision on whether your request has been approved or not. If your request is approved, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email.

Refunds and Cancellations

Please note that once a refund has been processed, any license keys or other product-related information will be invalidated and will no longer be usable. You will not be able to cancel your purchase or request a refund after the 7-day period has expired, so please make sure to request a refund within this timeframe if you are not satisfied with your product.
